Tell us what you do and who your audience is: niches, geography, current traffic channels, average check, LTV, seasonality. Describe the goal: more quality leads, sales from Google/Yandex searches, scaling ad campaigns, organic growth on branded and non-branded queries, implementing AI scenarios (chatbots, sales and marketing automation). Specify constraints: budget, deadlines, internal resources, access to analytics and advertising cabinets (GA4, GSC, Yandex.Metrica, Google Ads). The more detailed the inputs, the more accurate the media plan, forecast for traffic/applications and roadmap for 90 days.
We analyze your materials, website and funnel in advance, so that the first meeting is substantive: we come with hypotheses for SEO clustering and content plan, quick wins for PPC (minus words, group structures, ad extensions), ideas for SMM content and viral mechanics, as well as a map of automation points (AI assistants for sales, triggered mailings, end-to-end analytics). If we see that the task is beyond our expertise, we will honestly recommend reliable partners.
